For starters, it is important to have the date of your wedding set – so that I may check & confirm that I’m available. Please let me know your date and I will reply shortly. You’ll also get an overview of the detailed pricelist and wedding packages from me.

Booking a date
After we confirm the date together, you will need to cover the advance fee. The advance is set as 25% of the cost of the package and it serves as your booking of the wedding date with me. After the advance is paid, the selected date is all yours and I will no longer offer it to anybody else.

Pre-wedding meeting
It can be a call, web-call or ideally a get-together in a coffee shop somewhere in Prague. We will discuss your wishes and my recommendations. But most importantly, we will just chat and get to know each other. his is very important, because we will no longer be strangers at your wedding. We will already know each other, and that will help us to create a relaxed, friendly atmosphere more quickly. You can choose & propose the date of the meeting yourselves – however it should be at a moment when most of the organizational stuff about the wedding is already set & clear.

When you pay the advance, you give me a confirmation of your real, earnest interest of using my services. Once you cover it, I will then refuse all other couples that are interested in the same wedding date. After that, should you suddenly cancel or postpone the wedding, I may not be able get another job for that date. That would mean a huge loss of income for me. And so the purpose of the advance is to compensate for such a situation, at least partially.
The amount of the advance fee is set as 25% from the price of the selected package. The advance is non-returnable. The advance is fully returnable in case I would become unable to provide the services myself, for any reason.
I will usually deliver the wedding photos within 3-4 weeks after the wedding, a wedding video within approx. 10-12 weeks. It could be a bit sooner or a bit later – depending also on how much work I got at the same time. Remember, these wedding memories will be with you for the rest of your life… it pays off to have patience and allow me the time needed to do my best on the editing.
Usually, even those who don’t like to have their pictures taken, will enjoy a photoshoot with me. We will use natural interactions and activities with the two of you to capture the photos. I won’t stylize you much or pose you in any unnatural way.
But still, having said that, half of the “work” is still up to you… but no worries! It is important to realize that anybody – truly, absolutely anybody – can have amazing looking pictures of them. And your wedding will be the day when we will create something special together. You will be nicely dressed and groomed; you will have the time of your life. Just throw away any doubt, enjoy it all fully and KEEP ON SMILING. That’s it!
I offer a special PHOTO + MINI-VIDEO package, that includes a full-day of photography and a creation of a mini-video-snippet. In it, there are several beautiful, romantic moments with the two of you, filmed during our afternoon couple photo-session. Please let me know if you want to know more about this offer.
Unfortunatelly, I cannot offer you a full-day of photography and filming at the same time. It is not possible to do both adequately in one person, because many important moments only happen once during the wedding day and cannot be repated. However, I would be happy to recommend one of my colleagues, whose photos/videos I consider to be fantastic and who I have a personal experience with.
Knock, knock on the wood, so far, I never had anything like that happening to me. But of course, I’m only human and some things (like accident or illness) can happen unexpectedly. Should such situation come to pass, and I would be unable to fulfill my commitment, I would do everything in my power to arrange a replacement. One of my colleagues, who deliver work in a similar style and for a similar price. And of course, in such case, I would return the paid advance in full.
No true professional is likely to be willing to share unfinished work with you.

For those who book a wedding video with me, I offer the option to create extended wedding document. It captures those important moments that fly so fast. It is a complete, uninterrupted recording of the whole wedding ceremony in a documentary style. It also includes complete recording of the wedding speeches and the first dance.
